AGE LIMITATIONS AND CHILD SAFETY

AGE LIMITATIONS AND CHILD SAFETY (the “Child Safety Policy”)

1. Minimum age. Rosi is not directed to anyone under 16 years of age (“Child”). If you are a Child, you are not authorized to use the Platform or Services.

2. Users under 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18 (“Minor”), you must review the Terms of Service, this Child Safety Policy and all other agreements and policies from us together with a parent or legal guardian before agreeing to them, and you must be under the direct supervision of an adult to create an account on the Platform or use the Services. If you are a Minor, you may use our Services only if you have approval from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services (“Age Restrictions”).

3. Users aged 18 and above. Services are available for individuals aged 18 years or older without Age Restrictions subject to the Terms of Service, including this Child Safety Policy. By creating an account or using the Services without Age Restrictions, you represent that you are at least 18.

4. Rosi is firmly committed to the protection and well-being of children and complies with the Google Play Developer Policy on Child Safety Standards, including the prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms.

4.1 Scope and Intent: This Child Safety Policy applies to all users and content on the Platform. While our Services are not targeted toward children under 13, we recognize our responsibility to detect and prevent any form of CSAE activity and to maintain a safe environment for all users.

4.2. Prohibited Content and Behavior:

We strictly prohibit:
– Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
– Grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, and any other behavior classified under CSAE
– Content that sexualizes minors, even if legal in your jurisdiction
– Attempts to contact or engage with minors in a sexually exploitative or inappropriate manner

Any such content or behavior will result in immediate account termination, removal of the material, and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement.

4.3. Enforcement: All reports of CSAE-related content are reviewed promptly. We reserve the right to remove users or content and report violations to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

4.4. User Reporting Mechanism: Users may report CSAE-related violations directly in the app by choosing the ‘Contact Rosi’ option under the left-hand menu (represented by three horizontal lines) or by contacting our designated point of contact. All reports are confidential and reviewed promptly.

To report a concern, send an email to: safety@rosigiving.com

4.5. Designated Contact for CSAE Policy: As required by Google Play policy, Rosi has assigned a designated point of contact responsible for CSAE compliance and inquiries:

• Name: Dan Fitzgerald
• Title: President
• Email: safety@rosigiving.com

4.6. Additional Measures:

– We do not collect, use, or share personal data from children for advertising purposes.
– We do not serve personalized ads to users flagged as a Child.
– We encourage parents and guardians to supervise minors’ access to devices and platforms.
– While Rosi Giving strives to maintain a safe environment, external links and third-party content are not governed by this Child Safety Policies. We recommend users exercise caution and report any inappropriate material.

If you are aware of or have concerns about a Child or a Minor using our services, please notify us immediately.
